Faith and Intention to be happy inside

A few lovely things come together when you fast with faith and intention to be happy inside:

Some people follow fasts during festivals, while others select Purnima or Amavasya.

In real life though, they all take you to the same destination.

Purnima serves as a reminder of surrounding ourselves with brightness.

We learn to bend down and purify our egos from Amavasya.

Fasting strengthens the soul by teaching us to control the body.

We become stronger on the inside, better organized mentally, and more caring in our actions when we keep to any of them with a pure heart.

Suffering and strict rules are not characteristics of genuine spiritual strength.

It's about developing composure, patience, and compassion so that we can take on life straight away with faith.

Mental peace: Reducing food intake or utilizing mindfulness might help reduce stress.

Spiritual interaction: devotion is at the heart of fasting, not just food. Peace and joy are naturally brought about by the sense of being connected to God.

Inner happiness: the mind feels more powerful when the body is under control. Happiness and confidence are frequent manifestations of that strength.

Grace and faith: your heart expands and joy increases when you genuinely think that this happiness is God's grace. when you do something good as per your kindness or good work.

Your "inner happiness" is a combination of strength and shanti, not something loud or momentary. It's as if your faith and energy are in harmony, making everything feel lighter.

I discover something lovely when I fast with faith: I feel more yet I need less.

minimize the amount of food, noise, and ego.

more clarity, calmness and faith in God.

Even after the fast is over, this inner power remains.

It acts as an inspiration that devotion, not desire, is the source of great strength.
